STAINLESS STEEL AISI 316L

AISI 316L stainless steel is an austenitic alloy. Its difference from other stainless steel alloys is the high percentage of molybdenum which guarantees a special resistance to corrosion and weathering. The higher percentage of nickel also guarantees greater stability. The letter "L" indicates a low carbon content that reduces the risk of corrosion following the welding process.

ROSE WITH POLYAMIDE-6 WALL PROTECTION

1. Snap flange cover in type 316L stainless steel.

2. Mounting flanges in polyamide-6 with steel core, 1/8” (3 mm) thickness.

3. Polyamide-6 wall protection.

Each cover snaps over mounting flange to conceal mounting screws.

ROUND GRAB BARS

Round profile stainless steel horizontal grab bar and round flanges with concealed fixing.

SQUARE GRAB BARS

Square profile stainless steel horizontal grab bar and square flanges with concealed fixing.

316L STAINLESS STEEL SEAT

Spring loaded folding mechanism with adjustable frictioning to prevent shower seat from falling back down and to help reaching vertical position.

Reversible seat panel.

EPD ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCT DECLARATION

The Collection has an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is an ISO Environmental Declaration based on ISO 14025 and ISO 21930 standards. An EPD transparently reports the environmental performance of products or services from a lifecycle perspective. The preparation of an EPD includes different stages, from acquiring raw materials to the end of life of the final product. EPDs are based on international standards and consider the entire value chain. Additionally, EPD is a third-party verified document. We are proud to offer the EPD for our products, available on the EPD Library.

DECLARE LABEL

The Declare Label is like a nutrition label for the building industry. It is a product transparency disclosure that lists the ingredients in products to help customers ensure healthier indoor living environments. It discloses where a product comes from, the materials it is made from, and its end-of-life pathway. We are proud to offer the Declare "Red List Free" Label for all our 4CS stainless steel grab bars, available on the international living future institute platform.

PBA PRODUCTS CONTRIBUTE TO LEED CREDITS

4CS products are made of fully recyclable 316L stainless steel (97-98% of the total) and fully recyclable polyamide-6 (3-2% of the total) components.

RECYCLE

Stainless steel and others materials are completely separable for recycle.
